Who is eligible ?
All children of Jerusalem, Maté Binyamin, Gush Etsion Block, Kiriat Arba, Maalé Adoumim aged 6 to 20 whose families meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).
- Single-parent families or families in which one of the members is disabled.
- Families who receive Avtahat Hah’nassa or Achlamat Hah’nassa from Bitouah Léoumi.
- Victims of terrorist attacks of all ages.
- Lone soldiers. (hayal boded)
- Disabled persons of all ages.
All people aged over 60 living in Jerusalem, Maté Binyamin, the Goush Etsion Block, Kiriat Arba, Maalé Adoumim meeting ONE of the following criteria:
- Monthly retirement income does not exceed 7000 NIS per couple or 4000 NIS for a single person.

All disabled people over the age of 20 who meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).
- The monthly income does not exceed 7000sh per couple or 4000sh for a single person.
- Families who receive Avtahat Hah’nassa or Achlamat Hah’nassa from Bitouah Léoumi.
- People known to social services.
All disabled children under the age of 20 who meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).
- Families who receive Avtahat Hah’nassa or Achlamat Hah’nassa from Bitouah Léoumi.
- People known to social services.
- Victims of terrorist attacks
All people aged 20 to 60 living in Jerusalem, Maté Binyamin, the Goush Etsion Block, Kiriat Arba, Maalé Adoumim meeting ONE of the following criteria:
- Monthly income does not exceed 7000 NIS per couple or 4000 NIS for a single person.
- Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).
- Soldiers in compulsory service.
- Families who receive Avtahat Hah’nassa or Achlamat Hah’nassa from Bitouah Léoumi.
- The blind or partially sighted who have a card of the ministry of health.
- People known to social services.
- Victims of terrorist attacks.
