Who is eligible ?<\/h2>[vc_column_text]All children of Jerusalem, Mat\u00e9 Binyamin, Gush Etsion Block, Kiriat Arba, Maal\u00e9 Adoumim aged 6 to 20 whose families meet ONE of the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Single-parent families or families in which one of the members is disabled.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Families who receive Avtahat Hah\u2019nassa or Achlamat Hah\u2019nassa from Bitouah L\u00e9oumi.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Victims of terrorist attacks of all ages.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lone soldiers. (hayal boded)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Disabled persons of all ages.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All people aged over 60 living in Jerusalem, Mat\u00e9 Binyamin, the Goush Etsion Block, Kiriat Arba, Maal\u00e9 Adoumim meeting ONE of the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Monthly retirement income does not exceed\u00a0 7000 NIS per couple or 4000 NIS for a single person.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Holocaust survivors who ever receive “tagmul mugdal lefi hanassah-<\/span><\/span>\n

    • Disabled IDF veterans.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      All disabled people over the age of 20 who meet ONE of the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).<\/span><\/li>\n
      • The monthly income does not exceed 7000sh per couple or 4000sh for a single person.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Families who receive Avtahat Hah\u2019nassa or Achlamat Hah\u2019nassa from Bitouah L\u00e9oumi.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • People known to social services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        All disabled children under the age of 20 who meet ONE of the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Families who receive Avtahat Hah\u2019nassa or Achlamat Hah\u2019nassa from Bitouah L\u00e9oumi.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • People known to social services.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Victims of terrorist attacks<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          All people aged 20 to 60 living in Jerusalem, Mat\u00e9 Binyamin, the Goush Etsion Block, Kiriat Arba, Maal\u00e9 Adoumim meeting ONE of the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n
            \n
          • Monthly income does not exceed 7000 NIS per couple or 4000 NIS for a single person.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Income does not exceed NIS 2,600 per month per person in the family (not including married children).<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Soldiers in compulsory service.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Families who receive Avtahat Hah\u2019nassa or Achlamat Hah\u2019nassa from Bitouah L\u00e9oumi.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • The blind or partially sighted who have a card of the ministry of health.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • People known to social services.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Victims of terrorist attacks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
